Three rules.
- 1Data first. No recommendation goes out without numbers behind it, even if they have to be captured by hand for two weeks.
- 2The plan gets executed, not delivered. A report nobody applies is worth nothing. That is why support is part of the work, not an add-on.
- 3Few projects at a time. So the fieldwork is done by whoever is advising you, not by someone who never set foot in your company.
